Step-by-Step Jade Roller Technique

Step 2: Store Your Roller Cold (Recommended)

Step 3: Neck First, Always

Step 4: Roll Outward from Center
Work from the center of your face outward in upward strokes. Never drag the roller down — you want to lift, not pull.
