Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders from our supplier directly to your door. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days to the US. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon!

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your package at any time. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 business days of ordering, email us at support@softritual-co.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Email us immediately at support@softritual-co.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — refund, replacement, or store credit, your choice.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We’re so sorry! Email us at support@softritual-co.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or full refund immediately, no questions asked.

Do I need to return the item to get a refund?

In most cases, no. For damaged or defective items, we don’t require a return. For other cases, we’ll let you know on a case-by-case basis.

Are your products made from real jade and rose quartz?

Yes. Our jade rollers and gua sha tools are made from natural jade and rose quartz stone — not plastic or synthetic materials.

How do I clean my roller or gua sha tool?

Rinse with warm water and mild soap after each use. Pat dry with a soft cloth. Avoid soaking or submerging the metal parts of the roller.

Can I use the jade roller and gua sha on sensitive skin?

Yes! Both tools are gentle enough for all skin types including sensitive skin. Always use on clean skin with a facial oil or serum to reduce friction.

How often should I use my facial tools?

For best results, use your jade roller and gua sha daily — even just 2–5 minutes in the morning. Consistency is what creates visible results over time.

Should I put my roller in the fridge?

Yes! Storing your jade roller in the refrigerator overnight amplifies the de-puffing effect. Cold stone + morning puffy face = instant glow. Highly recommend. 🧠❄️
