How to Start a Return

2. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps
3. Once approved, we'll process your refund or send a replacement — your choice

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare tools unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
